Tammie Dillion Smith

Tammie Dillon Smith joined Heritage Health in 2024 and currently works as the HR Director. Tammie has over 15 years of experience in Human Resources/Employee Relations. She went into the HR Profession because of her desire to improve working relationships between employer and employees. Her experience includes working with Tribal governments, corporations and medical clinics.

Tammie specializes in coaching employees and management to develop more cohesive and effective teams.

Tammie Dillon Smith earned her bachelor’s degree from Wayland Baptist University in Bachelor of Science and Occupational Education with a concentration in HR in 2009. She received her Health and Life Coach Certification in 2017.
