Terah Simpson

Terah Simpson joined Heritage Health in January 2023 and currently serves as the Operations Director for Coeur d’Alene Medical. With over a decade of experience in healthcare and six years in leadership roles, Terah is driven by her passion for helping others and a fascination with the medical field. Her leadership style emphasizes structure, clear expectations, and accountability—values she upholds for herself, her team, and the patients they serve.

Believing that strong relationships are the cornerstone of excellent patient care, Terah fosters an environment of collaboration and trust within her team.

Terah has a certificate of healthcare leadership from Gonzaga University.

Outside of work, Terah enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband and their two teenagers, as well as their two German shepherds. She loves yard work, home improvement projects, boating, and riding dirt bikes, finding joy in both adventure and the comfort of home.
