Monica Greybeal

Monica joined the team at Heritage Health in 2020 and is currently serving in the role of Director of Pharmacy. With over 15 years of experience in community health, particularly within federally qualified health care centers,

Monica brings a wealth of knowledge in clinical programming, pharmacy operations, and 340B management.

Monica is deeply passionate about expanding the role of pharmacists and pharmacy technicians within the healthcare model. She advocates for their integral place as key members of the healthcare team, working collaboratively to enhance patient care and improve health outcomes.

Originally from Idaho, Monica grew up on a wheat farm in north central Idaho. She earned her Doctor of Pharmacy from Washington State University after studying at the University of Idaho. Outside of her professional life, Monica is passionate about snowboarding, traveling, and watching sports. She is married to her husband, Eric, and together they have two daughters.

A fun fact about Monica is that she has had the unique experience of swimming with pink river dolphins.
