Kailei Hammond

Kailei joined Heritage Health in 2018 and is the Clinic Director for the Post Falls office. Kailei graduated as a medical assistant in 2014 and joined the operations side of healthcare in 2021 when she realized she had a desire to improve the lives of patients and employees as a leader.

Kailei values selfless-service and believes that going above and beyond is the only acceptable way to provide outstanding care to patients, as well as to develop meaningful relationships with fellow employees.

Kailei is an avid participant in her local CrossFit community and enjoys spending time outside during all the wonderful seasons Idaho has to offer. When she’s not at work, you can find her running a Spartan marathon with friends or hanging out with her labrador, Daisy.

Kailei earned her medical assistant certification from PIMA Medical Institute and is currently attending Western Governor’s University to obtain her Bachelor of Science in Healthcare Administration and is on track to obtain her master’s degree in healthcare leadership.
