Our Nutrition based Shared Medical Appointments are designed to help patients learn about the proper role of nutrition in a weight loss plan, along with strategies to help curb emotional or stress related cravings.

Eat Well, Be Well 

This eight-week course will teach you how to shop, cook, and eat for a healthier life. Participants will meet once weekly to discuss diet, exercise, and behavior modifications, designed to help achieve their goals towards living a healthier life.

Emotional Wellness 

This course is designed to help people who are emotional eaters. In this course, patients will discover their emotional triggers and develop strategies to deal with them. Each class is hosted by a registered therapist to discuss a holistic approach to weight loss through mindfulness.
