Michelle Baxter

Michelle Baxter joined Heritage Health in 2024 as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She has 21 years experience working as a Registered Nurse. Most of that time was spent in the emergency department, although, she loved working in Labor and Delivery, ICU, Cath lab, and most recently the PACU.

She desired to increase her knowledge in order to directly empower and encourage her patients to take control of their own health. Her passion is helping patients uncover the underlying factors of chronic disease. Michelle specializes in family practice.

Originally from Spokane Washington, Michelle and her family moved to Hayden in 2018. She and her husband have four amazing children.

She became a registered nurse in 2003, earned her Bachelor’s degree from Phoenix University in 2010 and a Master’s degree from Maryville University in 2024.   

A fun fact about Michelle is that she and her oldest daughter did a medical mission trip to Haiti.
