Jeff Hargraves

Jeff Hargraves joined Heritage Health in 2022 and currently works as a Physician Assistant at the Coeur d’Alene Clinic.  

Jeff believes in listening and solving complex medical problems. He believes that it is essential to let the patient tell their story and work together with them as a team.  

“I am excited to build relationships with patients,” says Jeff. “I want to get to know them and help them along on their healthcare journey.” 

Originally from Meridian, Idaho, Jeff attended Meridian Medical Arts Charter High School which is where he cultivated his interest in the medical field. He enjoys fishing, hunting, hiking and snowboarding. He loves all sports, especially college football and is an avid Boise State fan. He also enjoys exploring the outdoors with his wife and dog. 

Jeff earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University Idaho in Public Health and worked as a phlebotomist prior to earning a Master’s degree from Sullivan University in Louisville, Kentucky as a Physician Assistant.   

A fun fact about Jeff is that he enjoys aviation and wants to earn his private pilot’s license like his father and grandfather did.
