Astraea Duran

Astraea Duran joined Heritage Health in 2024 and currently works as a Nurse Practitioner Resident. Astraea has 12 years working as a registered nurse and went into nursing to help assist people through struggles and difficult times. 

Astraea specializes in helping people with their primary care medicine and loves working with patients because everyone needs and deserves assistance, and the best healthcare possible. 

Originally from Albuquerque, NM, Astraea loves reading, exercising, outdoor activities, and spending time with her children.    

Astraea earned their Bachelor’s degree in 2020 and her Family Nurse Practitioner Master’s degree in 2024, both from Grand Canyon University.   

A fun fact about Astraea is that she home educated her three daughters.
