EVERYDAY WELLNESS

Everyday Wellness is an innovative approach to healthcare and mental health. These membership programs encourage preventative care and regular visits with our providers. Everyday Wellness is not an insurance plan.  The membership plans promote healthy lifestyles and increase access to care. 

 

 

Covered services (Up to 15 visits per year) 

• Preventative care 

• Routine medical exams 

• Reduced lab costs 

• Colds, flu 

• Treatment for chronic diseases like diabetes, hypertension and asthma 

• Free annual flu shot 

 

Everyday Wellness Costs

Adults (18 and over) $50 per month 

Children (0-17) $25 per month 

One-time enrollment fee of $50 

 

 

Everyday Wellness Mental Health covered services and costs

Meet with a therapist or counselor on a weekly basis. The cost is $260 per month and there are no enrollment or cancelation fees.
