Community Sponsorships

Heritage Health is committed to supporting local organizations and causes within our community. 

Sponsorship requests are limited, not all requests will be approved.

Sponsorships and contribution requests are reviewed each month.  We typically fund events and causes that meet the following critieria:

  • Events that support healthy lifestyles and align with Heritage Health mission.
  • Education, Professional, and Leadership development​
  • Career, health and business fairs
  • Scholarships that promote continued education in the medical field
  • Collaboration between local entities that build stronger, safe and prosperous communities

When to apply?

Requests are received throughout the year. However, funding is limited. It’s wise to submit requests as early as possible, six months in advance is strongly recommended. Heritage Health takes 30 + days to process an application for approval.
